The parties with or without their attorneys meet with the
mediator for the purpose of engaging in discussions and
exchanging evidence in order to resolve differences.
All efforts are explored to settle all matters without going
through the court process.
Once a settlement is reached there is no need for the parties to
appear in court and be subject to the stress and related costs.
